"Family road trip from eastern nc to Ohio for nephew’s birthday. Check in was easy and property owner easy to reach and responsive. Area had just recently flooded but waters had receded such that roads were clear throughout our stay. Some businesses near by were not opened due to cleanup. Property is on 2nd floor and stair accesses were both clear.and accessible.Though the unit we rented had no balcony access it was an easy walk across the street to the riverwalk for awesome water views of the...

"Overall, it was a nice property. The only thing I would warn guests about is the sound of the air conditioner. When the A/C was on, it was hard to hear the TV or have conversations with people if you're in the living room. It is possible we did not run the A/C correctly, and in full disclosure, I did not contact the owner about this so maybe there was something that could have been done. He was responsive so if there was something to be done, I'm guessing he would have done his best to do it."

"The home is exactly as advertised, clean, well furnished and comfortable and big enough to handle our group. Communication w/ property manager was outstanding as well. Highly recommend!"

"We arrived Tuesday evening to discover that unit was without power (through no fault of owner). Communication-with and intervention-from the team was swift and thoughtful and they were able to get power restored by morning. Property is tidy and very well-located making for a convenient and enjoyable stay for our small group (3 adults and small dog). Well recommended and would happily book again on return visit."

"The space and location were perfect for walking to our son’s home and coffee shop in Hyde Park. If you are a shopper, everything you need is up the street. At first, we were concerned about no driveway parking but always found on street parking without trouble. We stayed a week and would return to this location. The management group responded quickly to any questions I had."
