"We stayed here for one night, the hotel room was dirty, the carpets are very dirty and the whole place smelt like dirty mop water. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but when we went to breakfast at 9:30am most of the hot food items were empty and when we asked the worker if she was going to come out to replace it with more she said no because they are closing soon. This made no sense!! There was still a half an hour left of breakfast. We heard many others around us say the same...

"My husband is a hot shot driver and needed a place for the night. I am located in Houston was looking for him a place to stay in right off of 71. They did have limited truck parking but he was able to get in there. I got a better rate saved about $30 using Expedia. The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable.
