"Very nice room, well decorated with local flair. We had issues with the parking but the host did an amazing job getting the issue rectified. Bed is firm with a thick memory foam pad. Default temp seems to be set at 72. Couch is really comfortable. Patio door exits facing towards pool area which would’ve been great had we been here during pool season. "Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door."

"The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I wish that the hotel and casino were a little closer together but there's an enclosed walkway to and from. The casino is very nice they just need a bar closer to the entrance where most patrons play."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had a strong smell of urine and dampness/moisture when we arrived, which made it feel unclean and uncomfortable. The location was convenient, but the odor really affected our experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue for future guests."
