"The actual pillows didn’t smell fresh the pillow cover cases didn’t smell fresh , there was some brown crumbles I don’t know what it was on the rug. In addition; I went to use the gym the sanitizing wipes were brown and dried out, the towels were no fresh they seemed to be sitting there on shelf ..."
