"The staff was polite but curt. Not warm and fuzzy. The room was nice enough but the headboard of the bed was peeling and there were scuffs all over the walls. For a Regency, it should have been better maintained"

"The staff was very helpful, there is a free trolley that takes you about the city and stops right outside, fountain square had something going on both nights we were there, and the reds stadium was just a few minutes walk away."
