Cons- Very far from most tourist destinations, expect to spend more money on taxi, and hotel adds surcharge to book cabs. Insect comes into the room because it's in forest area. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We were able to book our trip stress free through the hotel to Zhangjiajie National Park. Room was outstanding and would highly recommend.
