The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit. "

The indoor swimming pool is not open year round like I thought though and the restaurants close earlier during non-peak travel season so rely on room service if you want food late (it was good food)."

"Super surprised by the quality and uniqueness of this hotel. The staff were super attentive, food was fantastic and the area is magical. There is a great hike right up the valley behind the hotel. Rooms are nice and toasty in the winter but the rest of the hotel is a little cold so bring warm clothes. Looking forward to going back here one day"

But the real highlight? The pool area. A stunning, crystal-clear infinity pool with a relaxing atmosphere, and a great poolside bar. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
