"The place was perfect, exactly as depicted, in a lovely home in a quiet area a block from bay. It was convenient to most of Kent. The rooms are lovely and cozy with additional pullout on lower floors. I have teens so the added space was a blessing. The host was very kind and attentive checking in and offering any information to make our stay more pleasant. Checking in and out was simple and care free. I would certainly recommend it and intend to stay there again."

Other issues included the linen in two of the bedrooms were not changed from previous guests. Master bedroom and children’s bunk beds had previously used sheets on the beds. "We had such a great stay at Annapolis Retreat! The house is even better than it looks in the photos. We spent the majority of our time in the lower level family room with a gas fireplace, TV and many games (the ring game was our favorite!). The house was clean, well stocked and seems very much like someone’s home rather than just a rental. We will definitely be back! "
