Sumner beach is an 8 minute drive and in the other direction Lyttelton is just 5 minutes away.
With Christchurch city center only a 20 minute drive away the property has all the privacy and seclusion for the perfect getaway while still being close to the city.
The popular Heathcote Riding School is just across the road with a small cafe.
