"Matteo was beyond amazing. So incredibly flexible and made us feel right at home. The property, furniture, accomodations, and Matteo made this stay absolutely incredible. He had various reccomendations for hikes, things to do, and restaurants. Will definitely be booking again next time I’m in Rio.
Definitely a must do while visiting Rio. Beach is also incredibly chill/clean/beautiful compared to Ipanema and Copacabana

"The hotel is nice. This was my 7th stay. But they need to pay better attention to the public spaces condition. Ceilings have water marks, dusty. Some furniture have scuff marks. My room had stains on the walls. "

"The Hotel Ritz Leblon is ideally located in that neighborhood, with some great food alternatives (all walking distence). Leblon's beach is about 2-3 blocks away, sufficiently close, but not directly at the beach (with all the noise). If I return to Rio, I will definitely stay again. "

"Fint og velfungerende hostel, men med meget larm. Da Ipanama Beach Hostel også er bar, var der den ene nat højt musik og larm til klokken 2 om natten.
God service fra personalet og hyggelig stemning. Godt sted hvis du vil feste og være tæt på stranden. Find et andet sted, hvis du vil sove før klokken 2 om natten."

"A pousada é simples, não há tv no quarto ou na área comum. A vista do meu quarto era incrível, o que foi o ponto alto da estadia.
O anfitrião só aparece na hora do check in, depois para qql suporte a comunicação foi via WhatsApp. Até o check out me informei por ali e se eu não tivesse perguntado ninguém teria me informado dos procedimentos, que eram deixar a chave no quarto e sair, não há ninguém que recebe.
O café da manhã não tem variedade que justifique o valor de 35,00 na minha opinião( pão...

Só achei meio ruim o fato de a identificação para entrar no hostel ser uma pulseira, visto que ficamos "marcados" como turistas nas regiões que vamos, o que facilita assalto, preços mais altos. "We stayed in af room with sea view and we really enjoyed the view over Copacabana and the Sugar Loaf. The pool area is nice and the kids liked the play room.
The room was a bit outdated and the cleaning could be better."
"Firstly, the hotel is old and very worn out. They have tried to renovate, but as seen in the attached picture, it has gone completely wrong.
Secondly, it is unbelievably noisy. I could hardly tell whether the window to the street was open or closed.
Thirdly, the hotel had an ATM in the lobby. One day, I was in a hurry and used it. I withdrew 1000 reais (172 dollars) which had a slightly high fee, but fair enough. However, what they don't tell you until you see it on your account is that they give such a bad exchange rate that it cost me 60 dollars just on the exchange rate alone.
A hotel that allows a company to deceive its guests in this manner should be avoided; it says everything about their attitude towards us as guests.

"A Hotel 100 meters from the World famous Copacobana Beach with very friendly staff (especially Elaine who spoke excellent english and the bellboys who were eager to help).
