"Amazing place! So cozy and comfortable. Close to so many trails. We dropped off the kids at Hunter Mountain to snowboard both days and went for 2 amazing hikes. Perfect bluebird days! Will definitely be back!"

"We loved staying here!! It was me, my husband, our friends who are a couple, and our small dog. The home & property are beautiful. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked, there were games & records to play. Loved watching the fireflies in the backyard. As Judy mentions, it’s well water, so there’s a sulfur smell/taste. We’re used to that so it wasn’t an issue, especially with the brita filter. If you have a dog who’s used to walking, just a heads up that there aren’t sidewalks. The yard...

"Our stay was everything we needed and wanted. The cottage was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and the owners were friendly. "This cabin is well lit, insulated, plenty of natural light, heated tile floors, comfortable bedding, extra sleeping arrangements, hot tub was clean, hot, and ready, the fire pit and grill were awesome to have, the hosts were super friendly, and last but not least, the location is perfect. Nestled between the mountains on a small main road in the middle of the mountains, very quaint. Will be booking again"

"A great place to stay for Belleayre for a small family or two couples. Shower is great and TVs in all rooms is a plus with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Close to Margaretville town center and kitchen is pretty well stocked and clean. I would stay there again."

"We were looking for a quiet getaway and found it! The house is updated, immaculate and fully appointed. It is well laid out with very comfortable furniture. There is a deck with a forest and a pond in the backyard, and a short walk through the forest to a creek. Very peaceful, with things to do in the area."

"This is a beautiful property. We had a lovely view of the sunrise on the mountain before we drove to Hunter to ski (about 11 miles / 16 minutes away) and then enjoyed the living room fireplace each evening. The property is close to both Hunter and Phoenicia for breakfast, dinner, or shopping but quiet and secluded enough to feel private and restful. We hope to come back in the summer to enjoy breakfast by the creek and dinner on the large deck."
