The area and location with Harry Carey restaurant was the main reason for selecting this hotel. Everything is both excellent in availability and excellent service.

Room was good! Check in was very slow as only 2 csr’s at the desk! Tiny lobby not a good fit for this size property! Suggest mod be at desk to speed things up?

It’s was good. Panera bread is near by . It’s closed to allstate arena 10 min walk.. 5$ complementary added in room key card so you can utilise over canteen..

Very close to airport with excellent shuttle service which was easy to locate at the airport. Rooms were spacious and bed was very comfortable. Public areas of the hotel could do with upgrade..Staff were very friendly and efficient .Generally a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was so close to ohare and had a great shuttle to the airport. When we landed and went to the door we were told to, no shuttle came. Waited an hour and called twice (we were told they were on the way) and no shuttle. Had to Uber back to the hotel. If we ever stayed here again would not wait on shuttle back to hotel. Wasted over an hour on them

Anise the at reception went out of her way to help me after I checked in. She was very kind and professional. I wasn’t thrilled by the shuttle bus driver eating chips while driving and failing to even say hi. Ninety more than made up for it though.

Room was nice, but the front desk staff was not great. After she took my card and license, she walked away to grab a pillow for someone who was behind us, and then left again to help her desk mate deal with something for another customer. I understand busy, but a five minute process took us almost 30 minutes.

I originally made the reservation due to their very fair rates in comparison to other hotels in the area— but before you knew it, it cost an additional $35 per day just to park my car and that big open parking lot.

It was a good option for the night right before an early flight, clean room and staff was helpful. Shuttle service every 1/2 for most of the day/night was perfect.

Just a short walk to the air tram. Easy to connect to the CTA blue line. Perfect place to stay if you have an early morning flight! They gave me a two bedroom suite at no extra charge!

An extra $26 for parking seems steep - you should allow paying guests to stay there for free. Other than that, it's a great deal being so close to the airport. We will be back, but hey, give us break on parking!
