Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire 1-bedroom apartment during their stay. This includes the living area, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and any in-unit amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Our apartment sits in the heart of Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, a lively and welcoming area known for its mix of historic charm and modern city life. Just around the corner, Southport Corridor offers a walkable stretch of boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, while iconic Wrigley Field brings the energy of game days nearby. The tree-lined streets and classic Chicago architecture create a neighborhood feel, with the lakefront, parks, and transit all within easy reach. It’s a perfect blend of local character and urban convenience.



Getting Around:

Getting around is convenient, with the Paulina Brown Line 'L' station just a short walk away for quick access to downtown and beyond. Several CTA bus routes also serve the area, providing flexible transit options in all directions. The neighborhood is walkable and bike-friendly, with Divvy stations and well-connected streets that make commuting or getting around the city easy.



Other Things to Note:

For everyone's security in the property, please note that we may request a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes before your stay. Rest assured your information will be handled with care, used solely for verification, and never shared or stored beyond what’s necessary.



Only cats are welcome with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50. Pets may not be left unattended unless in a secure crate or carrier, must respect quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or extra cleaning for hair or odors.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
