The modern bathroom is stocked with all the essentials for a stress-free stay. Just a heads up: our apartment is located near the train station. Light sleepers may find earplugs helpful, as the sound of passing trains can occasionally be heard.



Guest Access:

The unit is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by stairs only. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

You're staying in the vibrant Lake View East neighborhood, where getting around is a breeze!

The CTA trains and buses are close by—just a short walk to the Brown, Red, and Purple Lines, giving you quick access to downtown and other neighborhoods.

This area is super walkable! You’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and local boutiques just steps away.

Divvy bike stations are nearby, and the lakefront trail is perfect for a scenic ride.

Please note that additional screening may be required, such as providing a government-issued ID or a security deposit, depending on the circumstances.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
