Lakeview is a vibrant Chicago neighborhood celebrated for its scenic charm and energetic vibe, seamlessly combining the excitement of city life with the tranquility of nearby lakeside views. Just a short trip away, residents can enjoy the stunning Lake Michigan shoreline, while popular spots like Wrigley Field—the iconic home of the Cubs—and the lively nightlife along Belmont and Clark Streets are all within close reach. With its array of trendy restaurants, inviting cafes, and unique boutique shops, Lakeview offers an appealing and dynamic community to live in and explore.



Getting Around:

Just a short stroll from the apartment, the Southport and Paulina CTA Brown Line stations provide easy and efficient access to downtown Chicago and the Lakeview neighborhood. Additionally, the area is well-connected by multiple bus routes, giving residents and visitors convenient and flexible transportation choices.

Please note that additional screening may be required, such as providing a government-issued ID or a security deposit, depending on the circumstances.

Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair/odor removal.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
