Det dårligste hotel vi har boet på. Vi havde værelse 206 på værelset var der ingen mulighed for tøj opbevaring, ud over i vores kufferter. På badeværelset ligeså der var en knage til alle håndklæderne. Der var i gen mulighed for at sidde nogle steder, på værelset var der en stol, og på altanen en bænk, som ikke kunne flyttes. Vi bad om en ekstra dyne, og fik et meget sølle tæppe. Sengene var hårde som beton at ligge i. Der var en mindre pool med 7 solstole som stod meget tæt, derudover 2 små borde med i alt 8 stole ved, hvilket gjorde at alt hurtigt blev optaget. Det værste var dog morgenmaden. Den var så sølle og dårlig, 2 slags toast, Hvidt og m korn, ekstremt dårligt udvalg, vi bestilte derfor hver en omelet, det var en fabriksfremstillede omelet med lidt agurk indeni, det var aldeles rædselsfuldt. Vi have booket 7 nætter til ialt Dk 5.000;- og uden at kunne få dem refunderet, skiftede vi hotel efter den ene nat. Så aldrig mere dette hote.

Very nice property in an excellent location in the Old City. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We were just a block away from the Sunday Night Market. Lots of bars and restaurants (both Thai and Western) are nearby. Easy walking distance from some of the better museums if you are interested in learning more about Lanna culture.

Stayed in a room with a pool outside my room. The decking is clearly not installed well with boards disjointed. Use of composite decking in hot climate is gives blistering hot boards to walk on getting in and out of the pool. Note that the pool temp is surprisingly cold despite the hundred degree afternoons. Floors are very slippery when wet in the walkway between rooms and main office. Rooms are very nice and have lots of great treats though as a side sleeper, the beds are really hard and a bit painful. Very nice breakfast and the location was good with parking for our vehicle.

We loved everything about Thai Akara
The hotel is beautiful and our rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel provided us with fresh fruit, water, and snacks which we appreciated and enjoyed.

Charming oasis in old town Chiang Mai
This is a lovely little oasis in the heart of Chiang Mai's old town. The pool is beautiful and refreshing and the staff could not be more gracious and helpful. Plus breakfast is included!

Fabulous hotel! So quaint and beautiful. The service was impeccable. They stored our luggage during our elephant experience and the allowed us to relax by the pool until it was time to depart for our flight. We freshened up in the gym prior to our departure l. I highly recommend!

The staff were so helpful, nothing was a problem. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and on our last day they had a cookery course style table. We sat eating our strawberries we had purchased from a market and the kind lady asked us if we wanted a salad made using them. It was delicious. Only negative was the lack of lighting on the narrow walk past the pool to room 106.

Great stay here!
Great central location but down a little side street so peaceful too. Hotel is attractive with the central courtyard a nice spot for a drink. Very good breakfasts and room service comes from the nearby sister hotel (but didn't take too long when we ordered). Staff were very friendly and helpful.

最高にリラックスできるホテル
7月に続いて二度目の利用で、きしくも同じ部屋となりました。とにかく快適なホテルで、チェンマイの旧市街のホテルの中では一押しになります。 従業員の方がは笑顔に溢れ、タクシーの配車などのリクエストにも的確に対応いただきました。中庭には緑が溢れ、朝には小鳥が囀ります。朝食も必要十分で満足できます。ロケーションは旧市街に中心部に位置し、ターペイ門は徒歩圏内。早朝には目の前の寺院から托鉢に出かける僧侶を見かけます。とにかくリラックスできる素敵なホテルです。

What a gorgeous property! Just 2 things let it down....1) you can hear everything so the rooms can be a little noisy. 2) no room service after? I think 10pm or something like that, not a biggy but I'd expect top stays to have 24hr room service. Otherwise, fantastic place.

鳥のさえずりに包まれる居心地の良いホテル
客室数20余りの小さなブテイックホテルですが、敷地内の木々には小鳥がやってきて、朝は小鳥のさえずりで目覚めます。ロケーションは主要な観光場所へは徒歩圏内で、寺院に囲まれ散策に飽きる事はありません。ソンテウなどもすぐにつかまえることが出来、移動手段は多彩です。客室には全室にラナイがありソファーに横たわり豊かな時間を過ごせます。 スタッフのさりげない気遣いも嬉しく、ホスピタリテイに溢れたホテルです。

Have stayed at Thai Akara in and off for the last month as I’ve explored Northern (real) Thailand. Without question location is central and service is fantastic. Very special shout out to the manager of food services- Monika. She is a treasure. By second day she knew I loved cappuccino and even delivered it to my room without even asking. How can I rate this place any higher?

Excellent stay at a great price
A really enjoyable and relaxing stay in one of their deluxe king-size room overlooking the swimming pool. High ceilings and a roomy bathroom make this room really pleasant. Staff was super! Breakfast was nicely served, and they make an effort to have a buffet, considering the situation I think it's worth noting.

Lovely hotel in heart of Chiang Mai old city. Great staff and service, rooms are excellent with everything you need and buffet breakfast was ample. Highly recommended and we will stay again when next visiting the city.

In the night music was so loud and super noisy! We couldn’t sleep at all. Also staff wasn’t not so nice to kids. They even never say hello to us. (Only one person was friendly who was work at restaurant) We will never ever stay this hotel again for sure.

Fabulous and stylish hotel. In a great loacation within the old city, So easy to get to see all the interestihg sites and then a short hop to an oasis of tranquility.
