"Nestled on a suburban corner in the shadow of imposing, rectangular cement apartment buildings, any charm of this Tuscan style house is eclipsed by its unsightly neighbouring buildings and the general kitsch and shabbiness that comes from using cheap Zara Home furnishings, and having grounds with a fountain with stagnant water and unkempt lawns. The room was basically clean and had the necessary facilities and the staff were reasonably helpful. But we were not shown a spa or fitness center, and...

"There’s probably not a bad location in Montepulciano, but this place is pretty much ideal, just minutes from both the main square and the Main Street. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it has a nice rustic feel. The breakfast was great, with many sweet and savory choices in a buffet setting. The hosts are both friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel is small, old and out-of-the-way but was in a beautiful Tuscan setting with a beautiful view from our balcony. There was a very reasonable restaurant across the street. The room was an excellent value for the money. The owner even gave us a ride to the train station when our early morning taxi failed to show up. "

"Por el precio debería ser un hotel con muy buen. Servicio. El lunes está todo cerrado, restaurante, bar... Tuvimos que coger el coche para ir a comer a otro sitio. Fuimos a la piscina y había unas moscas que no dejaban de picarnos. Ahora el lugar es precioso."
