"I arrived around 8:45am. I asked if it was possible to check in early. The front desk person said nicely, I’m sorry unfortunately we’re all booked and our rooms still needed to be cleaned. She asked if I could come back around 2pm and she’ll have the first room ready for me. I replied oh no worries, thank you. I returned around 1:45pm and my room was ready for me. I was checked in and I headed to my room. I open the door and was blown away!!! The pictures on the site didn’t do it justice....

"I love this hotel and I will always choose to stay here when given the option however they have to do better with managing the people that come to the hotel! Me and my friend couldn’t even get in the pool or enjoy the fire pit area or grill because it was overrun by people having a pool party. "

We had the shrimp cocktail, a burger and fries and it was sooo good! Best burger I had in a while! Aperol spritz was the drink of choice. The room was so charming! Santal products in the bathroom. Chefs kiss! Cannot wait to return! "

"The room was so much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and quiet and the hosts provided some nice staples for their guests. Getting in and out was very easy because of the stellar communication, and we had a very easy walk to the venue we werw going to, as advertised. Very happy with our stay, thank you!"

A few minor updates and repairs needed (broken towel rack, drawer staying open even after being closed, and very slow elevator) but nothing that takes away from convenience of this location, lovely indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and Starbucks in the lobby for morning coffee. Our room did not have a microwave, not sure if that's typical here, we were here for a lacrosse tournament. "
