"I arrived around 8:45am. I asked if it was possible to check in early. The front desk person said nicely, I’m sorry unfortunately we’re all booked and our rooms still needed to be cleaned. She asked if I could come back around 2pm and she’ll have the first room ready for me. I replied oh no worries, thank you. I returned around 1:45pm and my room was ready for me. I was checked in and I headed to my room. I open the door and was blown away!!! The pictures on the site didn’t do it justice....

"We saw a concert at the Mann center. This hotel was close to the venue and an inexpensive uber ride. We also were able to order some late night food to our hotel. It was convenient location. There is an on site parking garage which was also a perk. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. I have no complaints. I would stay again. "

"Do not book this hotel! We where scammed for a mandatory $200 "refundable" incidental/damage deposit, that to this day has never been returned to us. The area is in my best opinion dangerous for family travling, the nearby houses are empty closed up buildings with no one living there. The sound from the street at night was crying women getting beaten by their boyfriends and gun fire. Not safe, not recommendable. "

"I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. "

"This hidden gem is such a beautiful boutique hotel! The pool is such a vibe! It was my favorite part of the hotel! Felt like I was in Italy! The hotel smelled amazing! The service was great! "I was nervous prior to arrival as I know this area can be trouble. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the neighborhood is gentrifying. I felt safe and the building had every safety precautions. Cameras at the entrance and inside. (Not in the rooms). To get to my room I had three doors each with a unique PIN code. The building was bright, modern and welcoming as well as very clean. The building is broken into pods with what seems to be two private rooms sharing a kitchen area....

"Vi havde et skønt ophold på Motto. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til alle hovedattraktioner i Philadelphia, og det er nemt at komme til med offentlig transport. Hotellet er moderne indrettet og i rigtig god stand med gode, rummelige værelser. Eneste vi kunne have tænkt os anderledes, var en kingsize seng i stedet for en queensize - værelset var stort nok til en kingsize seng."
