Næsten alt var perfekt
Venligt personale, dejligt værelse og fremragende morgenmad. Eneste negative var at der ikke tilbydes en parkeringsløsning. Parkering er et stykke væk, meget uhensigtsmæssig hvis man er dårligt gående.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price within walking distance of all the sites in Chester. Restaurant not very good but there are plenty nearby and the Italian next door is great but nit cheap.

The hotel is well located, parking is close by. The rooms are clean and reasonably well appointed. Breakfast was good. Dinner was very poor. We stayed 2 nights but only ate dinner there one time. We learnt our lesson

The fridge in our room was effectively a box with an internal light. No chill whatsoever. (room 211)

I would highly recommend to stay at the Leonardo Hotel Chester. Ideally located for access to shops and bars. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices and variety. A brilliant stay albeit for one night but highly recommended!

Whilst staying here for a sad reason this time, it was as always comfortable and calming to come back to after a long day. Staff are always helpful and the beds are top notch. I recommended it to friends and family staying for the same reason and all were grateful. Will always stay here when in Chester.

Lovely staff , really helpful and particularly Zornitsa ! Lost a necklace and when someone found it and kindly handed it in, she went out of her way to make sure we got it back before we headed off back home and went above and beyond, thank you

Great location and lovely staff
Lovely relaxing stay, and the service from the reception team was warm, inviting and friendly. A great central location to explore Chester made this hotel ideal. The only points in terms of feedback which isn't so positive is that we had to wait over 30 minutes to be served a drink in the bar and ended up going elsewhere which was disappointing. The cleanliness of room was also not great, a shaver head from orevious guest was on bathroom floor as well as a pair of socks in bedroom near wardrobe. Overall a lovely weekend.

Average hotel, I would say this is very similar to a travel lodge hotel. It was an ok stay but definitely not worth £210 for the night. Cleanliness was ok, I do think the cleaner may have overlooked stripper advertising cards at the side of our bed though lol. Breakfast was average 5/10 would have rather have paid the extra money and gone to a proper cafe tbh. Other than that ok

Great hotel but don’t be in a hurry for breakfast.
Hotel was great, we stayed two nights unfortunately they let themselves down on the second morning. Breakfast was busy and the kitchen was not coping with the demand when I went to get hot food there was no sausages, no eggs, no beans and very little of anything and replacement were very slow in coming. this spoiled what had been a good stay.

Always stay at this location when visiting loved ones. It’s comfortable, quiet, and convenient to the best of the area. Staff are super helpful and even delivered a space heater when we couldn’t reset room heat. Recommend to anyone coming to the area

Great location, great staff, comfy beds! Little cleaning snags in the bathroom and more towels should be provided but other than that a great place to stay! There was also a great selection of coffee and tea in the room. Would stay again!

The room was decent size and nice position . It was quite and had nice wet room Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The Staff where friendly and helpful The only problem we had was heating which was not on The receptionist was up and sorted it out quickly. Would definitley recomend and will go back in the future.

Wouldn’t be staying again
Not impressed staying at a supposedly 4* hotel which has an empty fridge in every room yet no bottled water for guests! Hotel bar closed at 10 pm also. The room was disability abled and had the red pull chords and low sink, again sorry but not happy with this either. We paid a lot more money for the room than was advertised the week before our stay (and even the day before) yet we were given a this room. We arrived early (13:45) and check in wasn’t until 15:00 (I hadn’t realised) it was no problem, we left our luggage and went for a wander and popped back at 15:30. An out of date notice was on desk in the reception apologising for the bar closing early(10pm) for the whole of January. Our stay was February. Overall. There are a lot of hotels out there - would I return to this one? … no. Recommend? … no again.

The property is in a good location. The rooms are a little tired and we did have to do a little cleaning of the toilet when we arrived. The shower gel provided was like water so I'm not quite sure how that came about. The breakfast is ok but you always end up waiting for items as they run out (we've stayed here twice before) this time it was bacon and hashbrowns for me. The bar area is ok. The staff are generally pleasant.

Disappointed to arrive to a bag of rubbish outside the door, and lipstick on the cup when we made a drink. The room was very nice, and the bed comfortable. A pity to be let down by basic oversights

Birthday stay
The leonardo was a very clean centraly located .staff were very efficient and friendly .The rooms were clean and modern .if there was one thing the heating system woke us a few times in the night making terrible noises .Breakfast was good but not the hotest .we had breskfast at 8.45 a monday .Attention needs to be taken to heating system so guests get a good nights sleep

Perfectly located and lovely hotel. Disappointed that after heading back to the hotel after a meal out we couldn’t get a drink at 9.30pm, it was advertised that the bar was open until 10pm only during January but was advised that they had to clean up before that! Did spoil it a little.
