"It was a nice room but the owners did not contact us at all. One reason we like B&Bs is for the personal contact and that was totally missing. "The stay at Woody Westover was made complete by the communication from the host. She was very helpful in addressing a minor issue that came up during my stay, and was warm and welcoming. The property had everything I needed to feel comfortable during my stay in Washington DC and the location was excellent! I only had to take a short bus ride down to the National Mall, which served as a great bonus to the location. The property felt safe and I could come and go as I needed."
