"Unfortunately the pictures online look much nicer than this place is. It isn't meticulously redone. It's a DIY special and an electrical nightmare. It was not as described, and the word I would use is "ghetto". The price was about that of a hotel room, so I don't know why I expected more, but the reviews and pictures were definitely deceiving. "Incredible property. The house has pictures and articles explaining its history. It’s nearly100 years old and does have its quirks but was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was well stocked with towels and the basics which we appreciate. Now the property itself it one of the most magical places we’ve ever stayed and we tend to look for unique places. "The house and the view are beautiful! Everything was clean and so cute. From the wall paper to the curtains you can tell they really put a lot of thought into the details and design of this rental. Check in and out was extremely easy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The house is about 12 minutes from town. If you are staying through the week don’t expect to find many places open. "This is a beautiful little cottage on a gorgeous property. The hot tub is great, and is the cleanest, best maintained hot tub we've ever experienced in a rental. All in all, a great little spot to use as our home base while running around all weekend to attend family wedding events.A few items where there was room for improvement: 1. We reached out to the host the morning of check-in to see if there was a haridryer in the unit, but apparently they did not receive our message until the next day....
