"This was our first trip to Maine and we had a great time staying here at this charming cottage. The host was very responsive and all amenities were as advertised. The location is great, being nestled along the back part of the bay where we could watch the fisherman work and wake up to deer and bird songs every morning. We even got to see a baby fox and porcupine in the neighborhood. Travel to nearby Acadia and Schoodic is not far. Our top pick for places to visit would be Quoody Head State Park...

"I had a wonderful one-night stay at Hanscom Cottages & Motel! The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. It was very pet-friendly, which made traveling with my pups so much easier. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. It was only a 7-min drive to Acadia NP! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!"
