"The property is in a quiet cul de sac of the village. Note there are street lights in the cul de sac but none in the village. You need a torch. The place was clean. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen especially if you want to cook for yourself. The cottage is an ideal base for visiting the area with many attractions a short drive away. There is no where to eat within walking distance but the 2 local pubs are a short walk and the locals are very friendly. As we were there for a week...

"Great location, but overly hot with hard to control heating and a little tired and dated. Access to the large parking area is very tight. Not practical if you drive a 4x4"

"A delightful little house on the edge of an estate where the beautiful big house is used as a wedding venue. The property is fairly spartan but the kitchen is well equipped, although there were a few repairs needed. We were very comfortable and pleased to have discovered the Old Dairy!"

A quiet location situated within a riding school, so perfect for those with an interest in horses but not affected by it being a working stable. "Extremely pleasant stay, super clean and the pictures are exactly what you get. Kitchen items make it extremely convenient to cook from home which was a huge bonus. Host is friendly with great communication. The location is also great with good distances to interesting attractions, lots to do around the area! Highly recommended!"
