"Godt hotel og god service"

"The stay was overall good. The hotel and our room had a great view. Price was also very reasonable. The bad thing was that generally the room was quite worn and needed cleaning. There was also only 1 rubbish bin in the toilet which is not enough. When we were sleeping we could hear gnawing at one of our sealed snack bags so this meant there were rats in the room. I managed to take a video and showed it to the receptionist and she was pretty nonchalant about it and apologized but didn’t seem like she cared so it was definitely not the first time she has heard complaints about rats in their room. "
