Staff were very friendly, they offer 25% off treatments at this time of year. Had the gym to myself. The rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Communication beforehand was excellent with all instructions very clear The apartment and parking were central and easy to access The accommodation was luxurious, clean and well equipped - the bed was amazing. Strozzi Palace Suites by Mansley
Had a lot of issues with the app there is needed to download to check in and get into the building. We had to call support to get back into the building late in the evening.

Great stay overall! The apartment was cozy, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Self check in was easy and smooth, the location was convenient. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.😊
