Guest Access:
🔑 Check-In & Access
Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

🚪 Property Notes
This condo is situated on the second floor of a commercial building, with a boutique located on the ground level. You’ll find elevator access in the breezeway to the right of the shop—the access code will be included in your check-in instructions. The unit itself is all on one level, making it a great option for guests with limited mobility.

🚗 Parking
We provide one parking pass for the parking garage conveniently located next door on Cumberland Street. Please note that we’re only able to offer a single pass. If you need additional parking, spaces are available in the garage for $18/day.

To finalize your reservation, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your reservation.
The agreement is standard and outlines important details such as house rules, liability waivers, and check-in procedures. A secure link will be sent after booking.

🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed:
As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $250/pet fee.

🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:
For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.

🏙️ Noise Notice:
Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
▪️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
▪️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
▪️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
▪️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.

🏠 We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.

🔌 We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.

❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.

🧹 If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.

🚗 Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.

🚫 Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.

🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
▪️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
▪️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
▪️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
