The hotel is well designed, high quality, but the service was a mess. Our room was given away for the first night, after some back and forth we were able to get our room the second night, there was no offer to make up the price difference, we had to ask, the luggage was supposed to be transferred for us, but wasn't until it was asked multiple times, the cafe was frequently out of food, no one told us about the bikes, in some photos there is a turntable, some not, there wasn't one in our room, our first floor room had none of the drink amenities the upper floors has, no one mentioned the airport shuttle option. The big ball drop was loosing our room, but a number of times the ball was dropped later.
