Arrived at the property only to find out that the rooms we reserved months prior were not the rooms we got. We reserved two rooms with 2 queen beds in each room. They changed our rooms to a single king bed without notifying us. We went back to the front desk to notifying them of the situation. The front desk staff member called the manager who insisted she called us - she did not - then went on to make excuses about air conditioners being out in some of the rooms - again not my problem. The manager was very rude. At one point I had to give the phone back to the front desk staff member because the manager was being so disrespectful and rude I wasn’t willing to talk to her. Finally we did find a resolution that wasn’t great but would have to do. If the mistake was the hotels they should not lie and make excuses. They should have apologized immediately and tried to do whatever they could to make it right. Not a happy customer!
