"This condo in Villa Renaissance was spectacular! Beautiful inside and out, super close to the main part of town and all the restaurants, could walk out right onto the beach. We spent much time on the balcony overlooking Grace Beach and it's beauty. Comfy beds and awesome daily cleaning service. We would definitely want to stay here again! If you have 2 couples staying here, let them know and they will put the 2 twin beds in the second bedroom together before you arrive. Also, beautiful warm pool...

"From the start, Leigh welcomed my girlfriend and I with comfort and assurance. Her place is just amazing and I would highly recommend choosing this beautiful condo if you plan on coming to Turks. Most all excursions will come right to shore out front so you don't have to taxi anywhere. The waters have its own snorkeling and just a 20 min walk in either direction on the beach to other resturants. We will be coming back."

"The unit is as described. Love the proximity of Coral Gardens to the beach and water and having a restaurant onsite. The location is great as it on Grace Bay but not in the heart of all the shops and traffic. If you like to snorkel, having the reef right out front is extremely convenient. "this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway."

"This was our first time to visit Turks. So, we did lots and lots of research and searching for just the right property. We chose this unit because of its location within Grace Bay, its floor plan, and that it was a walkout to the beach. Our family of 5 fit wonderfully in the unit with lots of room to spare. "This was a comfortable condo for the 2 of us, and it had nice amenities. Great location on the island, and the resort is very nice. Happy hour is great (fun and well-made cocktails) as it includes all alcohol half off, and we ate 2 dinners onsite which were good. We also ate at Mango Reef, Somewhere, Coco Bistro, and Hemingways. Hemingways was probably our least favorite for food, Coco Bistro our favorite ( as well as close by). We would definitely stay here again if available."

Having all the beach gear was so helpful, we were able to pack it up in our rental car and explore different beaches on the island. Just a short walk from the condo is a public beach access area that was so peaceful, hardly anyone...

"Besides the construction, which I was saddened it blocked the sunset, overall the property was amazing. It had everything we needed and what we didn't have Tyler was sure to assist and try his best to accommodate. There were places to eat within walking distance with Somewhere onsite, it was average. The snorkeling was amazing and many activities within walking distance. Grace Bay was an inexpensive taxi ride and one day was enough. We would definitely return."

"Was a wonderful experience. The pool was wonderful and the beach is only a half a block away. There were toys for the kids to use in the pool. In addition there were paddle boards and kayaks for use in the bay. The bedrooms were spacious. The main living area was wonderful. The dining room table sat 12 people.
