"No "Hot Tub" exists as advertised. Owner actually seemed surprised. Not sure if it was because it was advertised or that she didn't have one :) Ants are over the top out of control. Don't walk away from any food on the counter or you will be sharing it. Keep trash outside, helpful hint. Overall a pretty decent place to stay and would recommend it!!! Just me careful of the nails sticking up that hold down the rugs. That said, the neighbors squirrel hunting with my grandkids in the backyard...

The back yard is accessible from the main bedroom via a covered porch and leads to the fenced in yard. There is also an exit from the kitchen to the yard on the opposite side, so you did not have to "go around" to enjoy some fresh air. "Was nice however tv didn’t work and no WiFi available. Next door the partiers kept us us up Friday night. If you stay Firiday night you have to move your vehicle Saturday morning for the farmers market. Got woke up at 6:30 am had to move it. Nice view across the river. "
