"The Doubletree is located in the Condado neighbourhood but not in an especially charming setting. The Asford avenue, however, is only 5 minutes walk away and the vibrant Santurce area is also close. A taxi to old town will cost you 20 USD, and Uber 12-15. As a plus - if you need to buy groceries etc. - there is a mayor supermarket just in front of the hotel. "Bel hôtel, bien situé, réception h24. Chambre propre, confortable et pas bruyante. Le petit dej est compris dans le prix. Personnel sympathique. Je me suis sentie très à l’aise dans cet hôtel. Les moins: pas d eau chaude (c est le même pb partout à San Juan), l’eau est tiède, pas glacée mais tiède. Le wifi marche une fois sur deux. Sinon rien à dire Lis "

"Had a great time. The room had fresh towels when we needed them. Room itself was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the Presidential suite. Staff was helpful and particularly Marcos gave excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make our breakfast the way we wanted when we brought in mallarco bread made with there own fresh eggs and ham! Would definitely stay here again, since so close to everything. "
