You can be in downtown Toronto in 15 minutes and there's so much around the home too. They have everything you need right there for you. Communication with owner was perfect as well. "The owner was extremely friendly and assured us that he would supply all the necessities, such as sheets, pillows, and other basic items. The room was overall in good condition, and the location was quite convenient, with a parking space included. That said, the floor underneath the sofa was noticeably dirty, and the surface of sofa wasn’t clean, and because the room is in the basement, the air felt somewhat heavy. "
