"Great staff"

"Good location"

"Perfekt location "

"Not much effort on any areas. The room was dirty with hair in the bathroom (not ours!), beds dirty. The owners were somewhat helpful in arranging a tour, but nothing more than that. He came at around 7:00 when we where suppose to go, he didn’t wrap up the bill as promised and we had to wait for him to make the bill ready,...

"Staff went out of there way."

"Staffs are so friendly and helpful. The room is nice, however, the bathtub is so small so that the water is splashed out easily. "

"I have to give this hotel a low score only because the bed was so hard that sleep was not an option. This caused us to cut our stay short, which was the exact opposite of what we wanted. The host lady is excellent and very helpful, the area is beautiful and quiet. If the bed was ok we would have stayed for weeks."

"Best spot in hoi an. Perfect location. Great staff/family."
