"Clean, excellent location, comfortable, worth it!"

"Aaron’s place is a perfect home base for hanging in Bend. Well appointed, super comfy bed, walkable to everything and he’s a pro host!"

"This was an easy stay for an overnight to see a show at Hayden Homes. Access was private, place was spacious and clean. Hosts thought of nice touches to make it welcoming and convenient. Would stay again."

"The treetop studio was perfect place to call home for our week long visit in Bend. Will definitely book again on our next visit. Has everything you need, was very clean and the location was perfect."

"Great location on the river with plenty of amenities"

"Felt completely duped by the property description. The staff was nice but the property was not great at all."

"Perfect space! Adorable and had everything we needed. Hosts were extremely communicative and prompt in their responses. Would absolutely stay here again. The location is perfect for adventuring to restaurants, coffee shops and the river!"

"Excellent property. Clean, spacious and in a wonderful location. Brewery’s, restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. We can’t wait to stay here again soon!!"

"I gave this listing one star not because it was terrible. We, in fact, did not stay there. On the day we were to arrive the air quality was 'very unhealthy' and the community was on an a 'Ready' alert for evacuation. The Akawa Butte fire was five miles north and was now the priority resource fire in the country. The second day we would have been there, they evacuated two thousand residents. We decided the last thing this community needed was two more tourists to suck up valuable resources...

"We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for my husband, daughter, and me. We especially appreciated how welcoming it was for our dog—it made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Old Mill District, the Deschutes River, and the Cascade Lakes. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. We made so many wonderful family memories here and would happily stay again!"

"It was a large expansive property with lots of amenities. But you had to drive or walk quite a bit to get around the resort. Not a problem unless you're disabled or unable to walk. When making a reservation we weren't given the option to book a Riverfront room or a parking lot View room. There was no delineation of rooms. So when we got there we had a parking lot room. I would have loved to have paid for and had a place on the river because in order to see the river which is the main thing at...

"Absolutely would stay again! One of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at! We loved how clean it was. We’d rather stay at a 2star hotel that is spotless than a dirty 5star hotel, which has happened to us! This property was beautifully decorated, perfectly cleaned and the staff were lovely! Only caveat was that there was a shuttle to and from the music venue and that was a nightmare. They assigned us times and wrote down our names. Then when we went to get on the shuttle at our assigned time...

"Fun place to stay!"

"It was nice to have the river outside the deck. The property has some updates, but still looks like an older property. We enjoyed the restaurant, it was nice to sit outside on the beautiful patio. When checking in you need to provide a credit card for incidentals, which is fine. We found out we were billed 195 after check out. Thank goodness I checked my credit card statement. Communication with the management company was good but it did take 3 weeks to get that money credited back. Just make...
