"This place was a perfect stay. It was clean, had many amenities, and looked better than the pictures did. The hot tub and water access were our favorite parts as we used the canoe for a nice ride out to the lake. There were plenty of great suggestions in the guest binder as well and we ate at two of the recommended places. Overall a great stay and we would stay with them again if we visit to the area."

"The property is lovely. Location couldn't be better. We would recommend living room furniture upstairs be swapped with downstairs. It should be noted that there is no walk in shower downstairs. There are some little things that need fixing, but it appears that owner is aware and working on them. (Sliding door downstairs bedroom, Refrig water dispenser, island counter granite falling off.) Nothing that distracted from our stay. "

"This cottage is perfect!!! The only thing wrong is that we did not stay longer. It is a perfect size for a family of 4, with views of the ocean from every window. We loved our time here. "

"Perfect spot to stay in Nye Beach. Walking distance to everything, couldn't be much closer to the beach. Great views from every room. Cute old house that's been updated. Was clean, beds were comfortable. When we arrived there was a load of towels in dryer and dishwasher was full but clean. Couple things to note/tips for others - fridge isn't plumbed for water so grab ice when you go to store and stock up. The bar is loud once they close and patrons await their rides home (1am) but It didn't...

"It was such a wonderful lovely experience. I got this place for a mini getaway with my parents because it was my father’s birthday. The Manager of the property was super duper accommodating and friendly from the beginning of my stay to the end. I will definitely be back for some more adventures and am happy to have had such a wonderful host! Just want to applaud and thank them for allowing us to stay and enjoy the beach house! "

"Wonderful home, great location in a sweet quiet neighborhood with beautiful yard landscape. Enjoyed having coffee on the porch and watching the hummingbird gorge herself on the bright flowers. Mark was an outstanding host. Close to beach, town and excellent hiking trails. So relaxing and fun. "

"Such a nice little cottage and area. Enjoyed the deep water dock, and got some fishing in while we were there. Everything we needed for our trip, plenty of amenities, fridge, stove and kitchen area were nice and has a wood stove and outdoor area with a fire pit. Used the gas grill outside and enjoyed the beautiful view as much as we could while visiting. Saw lots of hummingbirds, and the place has lots of art installed around. Highly recommend a stay here"

"Very clean and spacious, nice neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants etc. Our grandchildren loved the hidden staircase and bedrooms upstairs. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again."
