"Ellen (host) was so kind! Greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. A lot of uphill walking and stairs to get to the room, but it was comfy and clean (albeit a little dated & some minor repairs needed). Kitchenette is minimal, but we didn’t need to cook. "The location is awesome. Steps from the beach. House amenities are great! Only reason I give it four stars and not five is that the cleanliness we found the house in could have been better. My wife had to clean mold and mildew out of the jets in the master tub. Gross! We found popcorn under furniture as well."

"This location served our needs perfectly. We were passing through on a road trip up the Pacific Coast and stayed for one night. Check in was quick and easy, and there was plenty of off-street parking. The room was cozy with a nice view of the water and sand dunes. The noise from traffic on the bridge might be bothersome to some during the day or early evening, but the noise died down at night and we slept without any issues."

"This little attached condo has everything you need. The living room and kitchen were nicely appointed. However, we couldn’t figure out how to get the TV to work with the cable box (even Gen Y was mystified). The beds are basic and firm with enough linens and pillows to make them comfortable. They are on wheels and lack headboards, so sitting in bed to read was a bit strange as the bed would start inching away from the wall. Heat is provided by baseboard heaters that worked well. "Got here and really enjoyed the quiet. The town is close by, and everything was as described in the listing. I must admit I was hesitant at first when my wife showed me the listing. But I went along with her idea. we really enjoyed ourselves. we walked to the punch bowl and the wine store there as well as the chowder. Oh pay attention to your email for updates.
