"This apartment was the ideal home base for my trip! Super clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. The hosts were awesome—thoughtful and quick to respond, which made the stay even better.The location couldn't have been better! Right in the heart of downtown, close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. "Booked for my daughters 17th bday, stayed with 4 daughters. It was St pattys day weekend so was very loud from the bar below as expected. Parking was difficult however the host responded with advice right away and ended up being not a big deal at all! The loft was beautifully decorated. The b day girl loved the hanging bed ! Would stay here again !!!"

"This is the second time I have stayed at the Cozy in at Sterling! My only complaint is the hard walking from upstairs! Other than that the stay was great! I love this location because it just down the block from my son and his family and right next door to my granddaughter’s daycare! Michael and Amber, I will be back and hopefully I can get other family members to stay here too when they visit! My grandchildren loved the board games too!! Sincerely, a happy Nana on her Nana tour to visit her...

"It was perfect! Easy to access.Fern Flat had everything and more for us to enjoy extended stay. We where able balance our time between family members and still enjoy quite time alone in comforter. As families are aging you have to organize visit time. Fern Flat provide perfect home away from home for us. We did feel like Fern Flat was our home while staying. Yes we highly recommend."

"Everything was great—bed was a little soft for me but that is personal preference. There was a bit of outside noise from delivery trucks in the morning, but nothing unexpected. Nicely appointed space and a good location for accessing the places/people I needed to see. Barbara was very responsive and exceptionally helpful!"
