"Really miserable room
Had chosen the hotel because it was supposed to be the best and because there was a pool
My room was really damp and was next to a laundry room where a huge motor started every 5 minutes. The pool was NOT open for the 5 days I was there... Was gone every day from 7-16 (out and about) and the cleaning had NOT been enough. Even though I had a "do not disturb" sign on, they entered my room 3 times while I was there... Really DO NOT recommend that place"
"The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. Rooms were clean and the sweet local dining at Russell's had delicious food and staff was friendly. "
"Nice clean establishment, toured the town ,great downtown area with restaurants and coffee shops. May stay there again on our return. Good breakfast...one issue, "too many flies", Need to make arrangements to put out fly traps !!!"
"Hotel at old town has a New Orleans feel to it, especially with the live jazz in the bar are. Rooms are refreshing unique in decor, welcoming and Extremely clean. "
"Clean rooms are very important and this hotel had clean bathrooms and the room was clean. The pool was delightful. Breakfast was wonderful. The only negative was the coffee, yet there were better options close by for coffee snobs like me. Everything else WAS EXCELLENT and we look forward to staying here again."
"We stayed at this property a year ago and found it to be so nice, clean, and easily accessible off the hwy- that when we started planning our summer road trip this year I booked another stay. Staff is super friendly and welcoming, property and rooms are clean and comfy. We also love the nice indoor pool area. The only thing I’d give lower marks to is there is only one elevator and it’s pretty slow- but it’s not worth docking points from this clean and comfortable space. "
"Either a new or newly renovated, clean and really great hotel overall. Best stays of our roadtrip absolutely. Good breakfast. Not that far away from Wichita, although you need your car to get there. "
