"This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. "Excellent property & even better host. The property is clean, nicely decorated & located close to downtown Macon. The host provides great amenities (K cups, creamers, shampoo, conditioner & body wash). The communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend them & this property. "

"Our stay was an absolute nightmare and a complete bait-and-switch. The property looks nothing like the Expedia pictures; instead of an apartment building, it turned out to be unmarked townhouses in a private neighborhood. The listed address sent us to a completely different location, and once we finally stumbled upon the right area, none of the units actually had address numbers on them. Worse yet, no one was expecting us upon arrival. After calling customer service to figure out how to check...
