"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"3.5/5 for cleanliness. The walls, floors and baseboards of the units need to be cleaned and/or repainted. I looks like someone previously threw a party and scratched/scuffed up the walks badly. Also the party bike that you pedal rides through this neighborhood with music play just as an FYI The kitchen did have just about everything needed from a blender, to can opener’s, cookie sheet, etc. "

"This place is a hidden gem! More people need to check them out for an affordable family-friendly getaway. I traveled solo and felt welcomed and safe on the property. Everyone was friendly and welcoming- the food was pretty good and the pool was a decent size. I didn’t have any issues with my stay - the villa was pristine and very well maintained. Highly recommend!"

"I love this property. It's in the Anova building. It has an on-site parking garage for the same cost as metered street parking and its a great location. Have stayed a couple times and will stay again."

"The property was terrible. The room was dirty. The dishwasher smelled like poop. The room was extremely nasty smelling there were roaches in the room as well. I have never had this experience before. The pictures are not what they are advertised as."

"Never went to the room never showed up for the room because we couldn't get the reservation squared away prior to arriving they wouldn't approve a credit card that had no problems became very frustrated and just canceled it so why are you asking how to say was when we cancel that they never went did you charge our card if so please let us know and send the photo"
