"Stayed here in two rooms as a party of 6. We enjoy Hyatt Place properties a lot and this one was just like the rest. At check in, the staff checked to see if we needed anything, and rearranged our room assignments to be closer together. Clean property. Clean rooms. Good hot breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport with Marisol (she had a great attitude and was extremely helpful with luggage)."

"Great place for overnight stay before needing to get to airport next day. They have 24/7 airport shuttle."

"My stay was ok for just one night. Hard to sleep with the noise from the freeway and you can hear when people walk in the hallway and close doors. Some maintenance needs to be done in the rooms. The shower caulking was falling off, a bathroom tile was pushing up which could be a tripping hazard and one bed was very loud to sit on."

"The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The staff was not the most helpful. Checking in, another customer couldn’t get their tv to work and the lady at the counter said he could try the ones in the lobby but also said “I don’t know how to so you have to figure it out” the next morning I was by the entrance which was directly by breakfast due to a very small lobby, I had our dog while waiting for my daughters getting breakfast.
