"Stayed here in two rooms as a party of 6. We enjoy Hyatt Place properties a lot and this one was just like the rest. At check in, the staff checked to see if we needed anything, and rearranged our room assignments to be closer together. Clean property. Clean rooms. Good hot breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport with Marisol (she had a great attitude and was extremely helpful with luggage)."

"Me and my girlfriend stayed there last night. We got the keys to the room and front rep guy. He said to drive to the side door so we would be close to our room. We drove down there and the key lock did not open with our room key so my girl went all the way around to get the front rep guy. He came, opened the door and put a rock in the bottom stating the key lock was broken. We got in our room and there weren’t any wash cloths, no hair dryer and we wanted two more towels. "The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The staff was not the most helpful. Checking in, another customer couldn’t get their tv to work and the lady at the counter said he could try the ones in the lobby but also said “I don’t know how to so you have to figure it out” the next morning I was by the entrance which was directly by breakfast due to a very small lobby, I had our dog while waiting for my daughters getting breakfast. "Front desk staff Vinit was super kind to help my son who landed 2 hours earlier than us to check in. Breakfast was convenient. My son made me a hot waffle, plus milk/cereal/toast and tea, we really enjoyed a quiet breakfast."
