"This place has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. The condos were spacious and fully stocked. They even got us a keurig machine for our stay! Walking distance to some amazing restaurants and groceries. The property has 2 lovely pool areas. Both with hot tubs. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working that well, but the other (by the smaller pool) one was great. My friends and I had a blast for our first time in Scottsdale....

"Two couples in their late seventies/early eighties were looking for a place to spend a couple of days as they transitioned from a European cruise to home. The condo was perfect for our needs. The only surprise was the unit is on the second floor and no elevator. We left our main, heavier luggage in the car."

"We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again."

"The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."
