There is an AC unit per room which really helps when you have a multi generation family where we had folks who ran very hot and ones who run very cold. It also had enough rooms and bathrooms and space for us to spread out. You can tell the owner had chosen quality furnishings and decor. "We came to San Diego for a multi-day wedding. The temps were high and the beach areas were crowed during this Labor Day weekend, so we truly enjoyed this quiet, spacious, air conditioned home. Also, there were many amenities including, games, ping pong, boogie boards, and more. Would love to stay again. "

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need; a gas stove, two types of coffee makers, skillets, utensils, dinnerware, glassware. It is all is great condition.
