"Reception ... the worst service I have ever encountered. Roof terrace is very small and therefore very crowded. Room doors to the corridors does not insulate sound very well, you can hear people having conversations when passing your room."

"Bryce at check in was very helpful and informative. Check in was a breeze thanks to him. We booked a room last minute and it was ready when we arrived. Clean and spacious. A good kitchenette for cooking some meals. Easy parking in the lot. Close to the park and easy to walk to the shore or to eateries along the main road. We’d happily stay here again. Worth noting, there was no AC in our room, which was fine for us. We saw a few ants, so be wary of leaving food out."

"Really happy with our stay! Having a parking space is so necessary (for reference, our Nissan Rogue fit just fine). AC worked fantastic in the bedroom, place was really clean and had everything we needed. Bonus for us was two sinks in the bathroom. Host was always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend."

"The place was spacious and gave you space to have privacy as well. The parking off the street was nice , very hard to find paring close by. Separate air conditioning fans in each room . East in and out with access to the beach.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby."

"House was roomy and in a great location. Plenty of room for 3 or more. Would definitely stay here again when visiting San Diego. Host communicated well."
