"The entire experience was awkward. We had to contact the front desk, and awaited for directions. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD WHILE BEING IN COSTA RICA... WAS NON-EXISTENT. "Beautiful stay, the owner’s property ended up not being available, but they set us up with another property up the road that was amazing. Waking up to Howler Monkeys was great and the beach was amazing! A quick 20 mins drive to Curú national reserva for an unforgettable hike! "
