The unit is on a busy street, but the noise didn’t bother us. It is close to the airport and Costco —perfect for our first two nights. The manager is very friendly, kind, and gave us great information. "

"The room was clean. If you follow the two emailed instructions you get when you register it's fairly easy to got to your room. I needed to contact someone and the response was quick and helpful. This is obviously a cut rate room, but it has everything promised. "

"I enjoyed the cleanliness and layout. All our needs were carefully considered. I would appreciate easier online communication with the owner. I had some difficulty trying to open the lockbox…directions would help. Knowing that no elevator was available it would be helpful to know a flight of stairs was necessary to get to our room. I’m 81 and had to lift a 60lb suitcase upstairs. Orherwise very pleased with accommodations."
