Vi blev modtaget at Aime, og vi har ikke tidligere oplevet en så personlig indtjekning, der oven i købet sluttede med at hun kom om på den anden side af skranken fortalte om hotellets tilbud og sluttede af med et håndtryk. Aime fulgte også op på de aftalte ting med et opkald til værelset efter vi var tjekket ind. Service hele vejen igennem, intet blev overladt til...

"We rented the room just for 12 hours due to a flight change. We had never stayed at the Royal but here are my take aways: Very clean. Room and entire property was kept clean, well maintained and fairly modern. Pools are small but efficient. We stayed a week in Wailea (more expensive) and was a little disappointed in the food on property at the Royal. "Great location. Rooms a bit old. Only one bed and the sleeping could was not suited for sleeping as you could feel every single spring, so not a comfortable sleep. Great children’s pool and also another one for adults. Right at the beach which was a very nice one and also 10 minutes from Whalers Village and another beach and bay in opposite direction with turtles swimming."
