"Our bottom floor condo had all of the amenities we needed and more! The closets were stocked with gear for fishing, paddling, snorkeling, etc. Large outside barbeque with pool and chairs made us like we didn't miss out an anything if we just stayed at the condo. We cooked at least one meal a day at the condo which is close to a private-like park at the end of the street. This was perfect for our needs and the value was amazing. This was our most memorable stay in Hawaii and we will be back!"

"This was an excellent condo. Perfect location in North Kihei and the view from the balcony was fantastic. No matter what your plans are, this place has everything you need, from beach towels, cooler boxes, and right through to beach chairs. The resort itself is great - I loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the Jacuzzi at the end of a day of sightseeing. The beach itself is so beautiful. My only regret is not staying longer."

"Kitchen had a lot of the nice little extras along with being fully equipped. View is amazing and having breakfast and dinner out on the lanai was wonderful. Did see whales breaching and flying fish as a plus. Really nice beaches short drive away. Bed super comfortable. Office space for connecting laptop to large screen was great."

"Kevin was great host ,the place was very clean right across the beach with lots of turtles everyday and everything we needed!I will recommend this place for everyone and special for families with young kids because across the street is an Hawaiian Pond with shallow water on one side that the kids can walk all the way to the rocks and observe the turtles up close!"

"This unit was wonderful. I was there for my sons’s wedding for a week and at the time I decided to get this first floor unit for easy access to the beach and pool. I was not disappointed. It was updated and was very clean. The sunset views from sugar beach are stunning. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay totally worry free. "
