"Geoff was awesome. We didn’t have time to explore the outdoors but indoors from movie room to watching a football game in a hot tub was fantastic. Despite the two bedrooms being in separate spaces, they are a few outdoor steps from each other and easy to manage. Thanks again Geoff!"

"Summit is a nice upscale "North Eastern" town, with a very walkable downtown. The DeBary Inn is a large charming old house, on a nice lot, within a 5 minute gentle walk to downtown cafes and restaurants. We chose a large room which was very comfortable. The bathroom could use a newer and better shower head, and the toiletries were very low-end. The continental breakfast was minimal. There was no coffee/tea in the room, but there was a refrigerator and a microwave oven. There is a single serve...

"Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, as if it was just used. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet and on the sink. There was also hair on the pillows as if the pillowcases weren’t changed. There were people up in the shared living area and very loud until after 1 am. Worst experience I have ever had. "Great communication; the porch was so nice to relax on. Cookies in cute bags hung on our door every afternoon. Coffee/Tea bar with a special treat was great! The only thing I wish is that the mini refrigerator was bigger. But this is truly a gem to stay at! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"The people were rude and it was not clean or sanitary and I couldn't put flush toilet paper"

"It's a nice clean place but it's very out of the way in an unsafe neighborhood, and I wasn't aware of all the stairs. If you're traveling to NYC it's not a good place to stay but on its own it isn't bad!"
